Flat, predictable pricing. One clean number agreed in advance. Never hourly.

Starting prices reflect Core service for the simplest engagement at each level. Your actual flat fee is based on scope and agreed before work begins.

CPA-led oversight. Tax filings are reviewed by a licensed CPA before filing.

Every engagement comes as Core or Priority

Core is the complete standard engagement, not a stripped-down version. Priority is for owners who want CCG more involved, faster, and ahead of problems.

Core

The complete engagement, done thoroughly.

Priority

Everything in Core, plus a higher level of responsiveness and proactive involvement.

Everything we do, on its own when you need it

Each service is available as a standalone engagement, as Core or Priority, billed as a flat fee. CPA oversight is applied based on the engagement, and tax filings are reviewed by a licensed CPA before filing.

Full-Service Business Funding

When you need working capital or SBA financing, CCG can prepare the financial package, supporting schedules, and narrative materials; coordinate application requirements; and serve as the accounting point of contact through the lender review process.

Trajectory includes capital readiness advisory to prepare in advance. Full-Service Business Funding is a separate engagement for owners who want hands-on application support and lender coordination through the funding decision.

Full-Service Business Funding is available as Core or Priority based on the level of coordination, responsiveness, and planning required.

Disclaimer: CCG prepares financial information, supports the application process, and coordinates with lenders as defined in the engagement. Approval, funding amount, rate, and terms are determined solely by the lender or the SBA. No funding result is guaranteed.

  4. Documents – A focused organizer and request list in the Client Portal keeps your effort as light as practical.
  5. Work begins – Once payment and required documents are confirmed, we begin the engagement under the agreed scope.

Asked before, answered plainly

If your question is not here, bring it to a discovery meeting. That is what it is for.

Why don’t you publish one fixed price?
A single fixed price would overcharge some owners and underserve others. We quote one clean, flat fee after a focused conversation about your goals and the state of your books. The figures on this page are starting points.

Do you bill hourly?
No. Every engagement is a flat, predictable fee agreed before work begins. There are no hourly rates and no surprise invoices.

What affects the final flat fee?
Final pricing depends on the scope of work, transaction volume, number of entities and states, payroll complexity, cleanup needs, and whether Core or Priority service is selected. Your proposal states the flat fee before work begins.

What is the difference between Core and Priority?
Core is the complete standard engagement, not a stripped-down version. Priority adds priority workflow placement, more direct CPA involvement, and proactive planning based on the needs defined in your proposal. Priority pricing is quoted separately.

How do Fractional CFO, Controllership, Bookkeeping & Payroll, and Tax Planning relate to these plans?
Those are service categories that describe the types of support CCG provides. Foundation, Momentum, and Trajectory are our ongoing monthly engagement plans. Your proposal combines the specific bookkeeping, payroll, tax, controllership, and advisory services that fit your plan and scope.

Does Momentum include our personal taxes?
Yes. Momentum and Trajectory include individual income tax returns for the owners, including a spouse and dependents reported on the same return. A dependent who must file a separate standalone return is separately scoped.

How is capital readiness advisory different from Full-Service Business Funding?
Capital readiness advisory, included in Trajectory, helps prepare your financials and business before you approach a lender. Full-Service Business Funding is a separate engagement for owners who want hands-on financial-package preparation, application support, and lender coordination through the funding decision.

What is the difference between a discovery meeting and a paid consultation?
The discovery meeting is a complimentary 15-minute fit and scoping call for ongoing services. A paid consultation is a one-hour paid working session for a specific issue or project; the consultation fee is credited toward the related engagement if you proceed

My books are behind. Is that a problem? No. Cleanup and catch-up work is one of the most common ways clients begin with us. We rebuild the records to a clean, current baseline and then maintain that baseline going forward.

How do payments and engagements work?
Your fee is flat and agreed in advance, with no hourly billing. Work begins after the proposal is signed, payment is completed in advance using the method stated in the proposal, and the required documents are confirmed.

Find the right engagement for where you're headed

Start with a complimentary 15-minute discovery meeting to explore ongoing support, or book a paid one-hour consultation if you have a specific project or decision in front of you now. The consultation fee is credited toward the related engagement if you proceed.

Flat, predictable pricing. CPA-led oversight. One team accountable for the engagement.
